This company sought to overhaul their work instruction system used during the assembly of automotive parts and requested the introduction of a more user-friendly system. As a result, we implemented the work instruction system. The work procedures are displayed on a screen, making them easier to understand, and the next parts to be used are indicated with lights, which led to a reduction in work time and defect rates, as well as an increase in productivity.
